Lou may be a jerk, but he was huge. Here he is at 325lbs of solid muscle.

This is big Lou at his peak just before his last competion in 1995. He came in
at 325lbs which is the heaviest for a competitive bodybuilder.

I must add one more thing, when Lou competed against Arnold in the 70's
Lou would come in at around 270lbs which was huge for the time. By the
mid 90's Lou competed at a body weight of 315lbs to 325lbs, this blows
away his former musculature.
