| Explanation: |
| Another Costa Rican favorite, this is the term for the grisly, gamy chicken served in the roadside eateries we encountered in our travels in Costa Rica. It resurfaced a few days ago when Ross and Swerb returned famished from a Pearl Jam concert at around 2AM and no place but a small Mexican Garbage Can a couple blocks away was open. We both got food laden with Road Chicken. |
